Stoneweg launches new platform, with initial €100m commitment

Stoneweg has launched Stoneweg Places & Experiences, which will leverage its portfolio, local networks and specialist teams to curate unique cultural, leisure and entertainment experiences.

The platform’s three initial projects, which will see Stoneweg invest an initial €20 million ($21.4 million), are located in Spain and comprise:

Palau Martorell — a multipurpose space hosting temporary exhibitions by established, international artists, located in the iconic Gothico District, Central Barcelona. A first exhibition, featuring 193 Joaquín Sorolla oil paintings, recently ended having welcomed 96,000 visitors across three months The Americas Cup Experience — the official general public exhibition and immersive experience center for the 37th Americas Cup, the oldest international competition in sport, taking place in Spain in 2024. Hosted in the old IMAX building which features Europe’s second larg
