Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund IV (SIF IV) has secured more than $8.6 billion in capital commitments, a recent filing with the SEC shows.
Stonepeak’s latest fund will invest across the infrastructure spectrum in sectors such as renewable and gas-fired power generation, utilities, midstream energy, communications, water, and transportation assets. The fund is reportedly targeting $10 billion in equity commitments.
According to the filing, 125 investors committed to SIV IV, including the Orange County (Calif.) Employees Retirement System, Fubon Life Insurance, the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, the Employees Retirement System of Texas, the Rhode Island State Investment Commission and the Washington State Investment Board, among others.
