Stoltz Real Estate Partners seeks $500m for next industrial real estate fund

by Jody Barhanovich

Stoltz Real Estate Partners, a vertically integrated real estate fund manager based in the Greater Philadelphia area, has launched its next industrial-focused real estate fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

The new fund, Stoltz Industrial Fund II, will focus on acquiring industrial assets in the United States. Through its funds, Stoltz also currently owns and operates retail, office, industrial and multifamily investments throughout the United States. The firm tends to identify with core-plus and value-add properties that are mispriced by the market and offer the opportunity to generate value-add and opportunistic returns through value enhancement and capable management.

The first fund in the series, Stoltz Core/Core-Plus Industrial Fund I, held a $135 million final close in 2015.
