Stockbridge acquires new 99,498sf fully leased class A industrial asset in Phoenix

Stockbridge has acquired Cove Logistics Center, a recently delivered freestanding 99,498-square-foot class A industrial building on approximately 6.5 acres in Phoenix. Located at 3755 West Van Buren Street and completed in October 2024, the single-tenant building is situated in Phoenix’s sought-after Sky Harbor Airport submarket. The property is 100 percent leased to Winsupply, a supplier of residential, commercial construction and industrial products.

Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group – Mountain West represented ViaWestGroup, the seller, in the transaction. CBRE provided local market leasing advisory.

Cove Logistics Center features a prominent identity at Van Buren Street and 37th Avenue. The building contains roughly 4,000 square feet of office space, 32-foot clear height, 25 dock-high and two drive-in doors, 100 percent HVAC, heavy power, ample parking, and ESFR sprinklers.
