Stockbridge has acquired Building D at Camp Hall Commerce Center, Campus 4. The class A, state-of-the-art, 1.13 million-square-foot industrial facility is located in Ridgeville, within the Charleston, S.C., market.
The JLL Investment Sales and Advisory team represented Rockpoint and Portman Industrial in the sale to Stockbridge.
Completed in 2023, Building D features a cross-dock loading configuration, 40-foot clear height, 208 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors and 84 dock levelers. The facility is designed to accommodate high-volume distribution operations with 847 auto parking spaces and 804 trailer storage spaces. The property is fully leased to a global car manufacturer.
Strategically located at 2274 Volvo Car Drive within the 6,800-acre Camp Hall Commerce Center, the facility is two miles from Interstate 26 within close proximity to the vibrant Charleston market.
