New York Convention Center Development Corp. (CCDC), a subsidiary of Empire State Development, is seeking proposals for the commercial or mixed-use development of a 1.2-acre site on Midtown Manhattan’s West Side.
The project offers an opportunity to develop one of the last remaining vacant parcels on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan.
The site is located on 11th Avenue directly east of the main entrance to the Jacob Javits Convention Center and is in direct proximity to the High Line, Hudson Yards, and Hudson River Park and waterfront.
