Starwood Property Trust has plans to sell a portfolio of offices in Dublin, reported Bloomberg, sourcing a person familiar with the matter.
The deal would be one of Ireland’s biggest real estate sales. The sales price is €530 million ($593 million).
The portfolio could be placed on the market as soon as July.
