Starwood Capital Group has purchased an 11-property collection from EJM Development for a total of $407 million, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
The 11 industrial sites sold are located in Phoenix, Tempe and Tolleson, and the portfolio totals about 30 buildings and more than 2 million square feet of space.
