Stafford Capital Partners holds first close for fourth infrastructure secondaries fund

Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund IV (SISF IV), managed by Stafford Capital Partners, has completed a first close with €153 million ($182 million) in capital commitments. Eight institutional investors across Europe and the United States backed the fund.

This is Stafford’s fourth infrastructure fund, focused on accessing high-quality core infrastructure assets.

“We are very thankful for the support from both existing and new investors who appreciate the resilience of the asset class, particularly amidst these challenging times, as well as Stafford’s differentiated strategy of generating discounted access to yielding core infrastructure assets,” said William Greene, Stafford Infrastructure Partner. “We have developed a robust pipeline of deals, at various stages of review, and we look forward to imminently deploying capital on behalf of SISF IV investors.”
