Stack Infrastructure and partner plan 4msf data center campus in North Virginia

Stack Infrastructure and Peterson Companies, a privately owned real estate development company, have announced plans to develop a 125-acre data-center campus in Manassas, Va.

The data-center campus will span more than 4 million square feet, offering more than 250 megawatts of capacity, which will serve large data-center users in the Northern Virginia market, according to Stack.

The initial 25-acre phase of the project will deliver 700,000 square feet and 72 megawatts of critical capacity, beginning as early as the end of 2020.
