STACK Infrastructure has expanded its flagship Prince William County data center campus in Northern Virginia.
The data center developer-operator purchased land from Youth For Tomorrow, a nonprofit program serving at-risk youth in the community. The parcel is located adjacent to the program’s property, and STACK plans to leverage existing infrastructure to support its growth in Prince William County.
The extension adds three new data centers, bringing the total to 10 cutting-edge facilities across the campus. The entire campus features committed power from Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC) leveraging the existing campus’ planned onsite substations.
STACK said the AI-ready development increases its data center portfolio in Northern Virginia to 1 gigawatt across six campuses and 2 gigawatts of planned and potential development across Loudoun and Prince William counties, thereby solidifying STACK’s position as the largest private data center devel
