IREI has learned that the City of St. Petersburg, Fla., has chosen investment consultants for two of its pension funds, following a request for proposals issued in August 2019.
The city of St. Petersburg could not be reached to comment on the new hires.
Segal Marco Advisors was chosen to serve the St. Petersburg General Employees’ Retirement System (ERS), and Southeastern Advisory Services was rehired for the St. Petersburg Fire Pension Fund. Greystone Consulting is the current consultant for St. Petersburg ERS, and was invited to rebid.
It is unclear when the appointments will take effect.
