Infrastructure development and finance partner G. Scott Rafshoon has joined Squire Patton Boggs as a partner, working in the firm’s Atlanta-based global corporate practice.
He joins the firm from Hunton Andrews Kurth.
According to Squire Patton Boggs, Rafshoon will have a strong focus on social infrastructure projects, representing clients involved in various public-private partnership (P3) transactions at the local, state and federal levels.
He is known for his work on P3 transactions involving the privatization and redevelopment of military facilities across the country. His practice also includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance, contracts, joint ventures, and commercial lending, with vast experience in selling businesses and assets in the United States and internationally.
