Square Mile Capital Management has a new fund in the market, according to an SEC filing.
The Square Mile Credit Partners II filing does not have a fundraising target.
The value-added fund will focus on U.S. mezzanine debt and mortgages.
Craig Solomon was named CEO of Square Mile Capital Management in June. Solomon previously served as co-managing principal of Square Mile.
