SQN Securities has hired three senior executives to its firm.
Jim Kamradt has been appointed to SQN’s proprietary fund syndication efforts. Kamradt is responsible for platform placement and business development. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, most recently heading up distribution for ATEL Securities Corp.
Doug Drozdowski has assumed the role of chief compliance officer for SQN Securities and SQN Investment Advisors. He is responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance for the two firms. Drozdowski started in the brokerage and registered investment advisor industry in 2000 focusing exclusively on compliance since 2004.
And Bill Ford, CFP® has joined SQN Securities as vice president of strategic accounts. Ford is responsible for the sourcing, platform placement and managing business development opportunities for SQN’s proprietary and non-proprietary investment solutions within a network of financial institutions and intermediary service providers. He has more than 20 years of experience as a distribution executive for asset management and insurance organizations such as American Century Investments and Guardian Life Insurance Company
