Spanish bank BBVA sold 14 office properties across Spain with a gross book value of more than €300 million ($322 million). BBVA has not disclosed the final sale price of the operation because of the confidentiality of the agreement.
BVA closed its second wholesale operation, Project Boston, in 2017, after the bank’s divestment in 3,500 properties (Project Buffalo) announced Feb. 15, 2016.
