The Southfield Employee Retirement System (SERS) has committed $1 million to TerraCap Partners VI, with the potential to increase the allocation in the future.
TerraCap Partners VI is managed by TerraCap Management Corp. and is investing with a value-add strategy in various property types in the United States.
As of March 31, 2023, SERS had 8.8 percent ($10.2 million) of its $116.1 million portfolio allocated toward real estate.
