SomeraRoad, a commercial real estate investment and development company, has plans to develop a $200 million mixed-use project known as Paseo South Gulch in Nashville, reported to media outlets.
The project consists of two towers. One will be 16 stories high, expected to be completed by 2021, and the other will be 20 stories high, expected to be completed by 2024. Both will have 608 residential units with 18,000 square feet of office space and 14,000 square feet of retail space.
