Smaller towns offer new logistics and industrial opportunities in Poland

According to the "Small town, big deal” report by JLL, there is an opportunity for growth in smaller industrial markets beyond the Big Five markets in Europe. In Poland, for example, plenty of opportunities exist in Szczecin, Piotrków Trybunalski, Tri-City and Kraków.

Moreover, available modules of more than 20,000 square meters (215,000 square feet) can also be found in the Tri-City and Kielce, while investments offering the possibility of leasing approximately 10,000 square meters (108,000 square feet) are available in Bydgoszcz, Kraków and Szczecin.
