SLB Development has plans to purchase the Thye Hong Center, a 5,952-square-meter (64,000-square-foot) freehold site in southwest Singapore, with plans to redevelop the plot, according to a stock exchange announcement.
The sales price was S$112.5 million ($82.6 million).
