SL Green Realty Corp. has sold several office buildings in New York, according to its fourth quarter 2019 and full-year 2019 report.
SL Green Realty Corp. has closed on the sale of 360 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains, N.Y., and 100, 200 and 500 Summit Lake Drive in Valhalla, N.Y., reducing the company’s combined debt by $228.7 million.
Also, it closed on the development site at 562 Fifth Avenue for a sales price of $52.4 million and the development site at 1640 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, for a sales price of $16.2 million.
In Stamford, Conn., SL Green Realty closed on the sale of 1010 Washington Boulevard in Stamford, Conn., for a sales price of $23.1 million.
On the acquisition side, SL Green Realty acquired 707 Eleventh Avenue in New York for a gross purchase price of $90.0 million. The 160,000-square-foot property will be redeveloped into a modern, class A building, attracting companies across industries, including TAMI and boutique FIRE tenants.
