A joint venture between Singerman Real Estate and Darnell Capital has plans to build Peninsula Pointe, an 87-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Rolling Hills Estates, Calif. It received $23 million in construction financing.
Once complete, the property will consist of a luxury three-story, 65,000-square-foot senior housing community. The community will be operated by Cadence Living.
