Singerman Real Estate (SRE) and The Outlet Resource Group (TORG) have acquired four outlet centers for $130 million.
The four properties are located in Nags Head, N.C,; Ocean City, Md.; Park City, Utah; and Williamsburg, Iowa.
TORG will oversee leasing and marketing for the centers, and Avison Young will act as property manager.
The SRE/TORG outlet portfolio now encompasses more than 1.5 million square feet across six centers, including OKC Outlets in Oklahoma City and Lincoln City Outlets in Lincoln City, Ore.
“The collection of assets, individually and collectively, complements our current portfolio with centers that have strong tourism draws,” said TORG principal Lisa Wagner.
Outlets Park City is its second investment in the Park City, Utah, market.
