Singaporean investor acquires Glasgow office for €44m

Singapore-based private equity real estate firm Elite Partners Capital has acquired 150 Broomielaw in Glasgow for £40 million (€44 million/$50 million). The seller was a Jersey Trust.

The transaction is considered one of the biggest U.K. office deals outside of London since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The property totals 8,989 square meters (96,759 square feet) spanning up eight stories.

Elite Partners Capital acquired the commercial properties in its U.K. Commercial Fund III.

The firm also acquired three other offices, which include the tk-square-meter (38,816-square-foot) Apex Court in Nottingham; the tk-square-meter (36,110-square-foot) Eaton House in London, and the tk-square-meter (73,653-square-foot) Griffin House in Greater Manchester.
