Singapore industrial REIT Cache Logistics Trust has acquired a portfolio of nine logistics properties located in Australia for A$177.6 million ($140 million).
The portfolio totals more than 1.5 million square feet, spanning the states of Victoria (six properties), New South Wales (one property), and Queensland (two properties).
With this latest acquisition, Cache’s assets under management in Australia total A$373.5 million ($296.4 million).
The acquisition is expected to complete by end of February.
