Elite Partners Capital, the Singapore-based investor, has appointed James Tootell as head of asset management, based in London, to establish a U.K.-based asset management platform for the portfolios of both Elite Partners Capital and the Elite Commercial REIT, which recently listed on the SGX in Singapore.
Previously, Tootell was asset management director – north at Telereal Trillium, where he worked for 16 years. His has extensive experience in transactional asset management, working across the United Kingdom as both landlord and tenant and managing all aspects of large and extensive property portfolios.
