This latest acquisition, located at 8505 NW 74th St., comprises 80,000 square feet on 10.5 acres. Positioned at the intersection of NW 74th Street and the recently expanded 87th Avenue, the property neighbors Blackstone’s newly developed Link Logistics industrial complex and sits 2 miles west of Miami International Airport.
