Signal Capital Partners holds €900m final close

Signal Alpha II Fund, managed by Signal Capital Partners, has held a €900 million ($1.07 billion) final close, surpassing its €850 million ($1.01 billion) target.

The fund focuses on asset-backed stressed and distressed capital structures in Europe across the real estate and corporate markets, with its average investment size typically between €20 million and €70 million ($23.8 million and $83.4 million). The fund seeks to deploy capital across a range of mainly private situations on an opportunistic, bottom-up, fundamental basis.
