Shell to sell entire interest in Canadian Natural Resources for $3.3b

Royal Dutch Shell’s Shell Gas BV unit has plans to divest all of its shares in Calgary-based Canadian Natural Resources for $3.3 billion.

Proceeds from the sale will contribute to reducing net debt. The sale is expected to complete on May 9, 2018.
