Senior housing occupancy averaged 88 percent during fourth quarter 2019, up 10 basis points from the prior quarter, according to NIC MAP Fundamentals data for the fourth quarter 2019.
The occupancy rate for independent living properties and assisted living properties averaged 90 percent and 85.7 percent, respectively, during fourth quarter 2019.
