Sendero Cross Capital and WindRidge Real Estate have plans to develop Tivy Commons, a 25-acre mixed-use project that will be located about 65 miles northwest of San Antonio in Kerrville, Texas.
Plans for Tivy Commons are still being finalized. The project may consist of 250 units to 300 units for multifamily space and 150,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space with hotel and entertainment space.
Construction is expected to be completed in first quarter 2023.
