Sempra has announced several updates to its officer team, most of which are effective Jan. 1, 2024, to strengthen the company’s existing management capabilities and sustained financial and operational performance.
Kevin Sagara, executive vice president and group president of Sempra, retired on Dec. 1. Sagara held a series of leadership roles within the Sempra family of companies throughout the past 31 years.
In related news, Justin Bird, CEO of Sempra Infrastructure, has been appointed executive vice president of Sempra, where he will lead several corporate functions, including corporate development and financial planning. He also will continue in his current role leading the business operations of Sempra Infrastructure.
Bird has served within the Sempra family of companies for nearly 20 years in a variety of leadership roles.
