Seattle office tower sells for $686m

A consortium of South Korea’s Hana Alternative Asset Management Co. and other units of Hana Financial Group has signed a preliminary agreement to buy a 38-story office tower in downtown Seattle for around KRW 800 billion ($686 million), reported Korean Investors.

The seller was Skanska AB, which developed the 61,780-square-meter (665,000-square-foot) property.
