by Kali Persall

Australia’s Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority is seeking a private developer for the A$562 million ($396 million) Frankston Hospital project in Victoria, according to InfraPPP.

Procured under a design, construction, finance and maintenance model, the project involves the development of a new multi-level clinical services tower and main entrance, capacity for 120 more beds, consolidation of medical and surgical wards into a single zone, and expanded women’s and children’s health services, among other improvements. Work is slated for completion by 2024.

The deadline to submit expressions of interest is Oct. 22.
