Sealy & Co. has acquired two distribution centers totaling 92,120 square feet in St. Louis. The transaction was made for an undisclosed amount and the seller was not disclosed.
Shoreline Service Centers I & II have direct access to I-70. The buildings are 100 percent occupied.
The acquisition marks the firm’s 13th closing of the year and its third so far this quarter.
