SDC Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on IT and communications infrastructure, has secured more than $1.3 billion for its SDC Digital Infrastructure Opportunity Fund III, according to a filing with the SEC.
The firm’s specific areas of focus include data centers, network and fiber, wireless infrastructure, and managed IT/cloud infrastructure.
An equity fundraising target for Fund III was not disclosed in the filing.
