SCOR Investment Partners has launched the fourth vintage of its senior-secured infrastructure debt strategies, SCOR Infrastructure Loans IV, with a target fund size of between €750 million ($820 million) and €1 billion ($1.1 billion).
SCOR Infrastructure Loans IV, which will invest in projects with a positive environmental or social contribution, is classified as Article 9 under the E.U. Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and was granted the LuxFLAG Environment Applicant label status.
The fund has already secured a commitment of €150 million ($164 million) from SCOR, the company’s anchor investor, and it has already invested in five diversified infrastructure projects in fiber networks, data centers and the transportation sector for a combined value of nearly €100 million ($109 million).
