Schroders Greencoat, a global investor in the energy transition, has expanded its team with the appointment of Hillary Ripley as head of business development, North America.
Ripley’s appointment to the newly established role is part of the build-out of Schroders Greencoat’s business development team, reflecting growing investor demand to diversify portfolios with energy-transition investments — particularly in earlier-stage opportunities, emerging markets and technologies.
With more than 25 years of capital-raising experience across the private infrastructure investment space, Ripley will oversee the team of renewable infrastructure specialists covering North American markets as the firm looks to expand its presence across the continent.
