SC Capital Partners Group has acquired a 165-room strategic hospitality asset in Kagoshima, Japan, on behalf of its Japan Hospitality Fund I.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Kagoshima, the capital city of Kagoshima Prefecture, which is renowned for its rich cultural heritage and vibrant tourism industry.
