Savills sells PBSA building in Kraków, Poland

Savills, on behalf of private investors, together with CA Ventures and an affiliate of Golub, has sold LivinnX, a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) building in Kraków, Poland, to XIOR for an undisclosed price.

The asset has 290 self-contained units with 673 student beds and offers the largest range of amenities in the country, including a roof terrace with a jacuzzi, climbing wall, gym, sauna, community kitchen, laundry room, music room, and various other recreational and study spaces. The total leasable area is 14,400 square meters (155,000 square feet).

The property is on Tadeusza Romanowicza St., within the Zablocie district and southeast of the Kazimierz district, one of the key tourist destinations in Poland. It is 300 meters (984 feet) from Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Kraków University, the largest private university in Kraków, with approximately 8,000 students.
