Savills Northern Ireland sells 2 prominent Irish shopping centers

Savills Northern Ireland has sold two prominent shopping centers in Northern Ireland for an undisclosed sum. The buyer was not disclosed.

The properties include Forestside Shopping Centre, known as Belfast's premier out-of-town shopping center, and Foyleside Shopping Centre, located in regional capital Derry/Londonderry and providing the dominant retail offer for the city.

Forestside Shopping Centre extends to 336,532 square feet and includes 35 ground-floor retail units, mall kiosks and free on-site parking for 1,335 vehicles. The shopping center is 100 percent leased, with a tenant roster including Marks & Spencer, Dunnes Stores, Sainsburys, Next, H&M, Boots, Waterstones, Pandora and Cardzone.

Extending to 364,637 square feet, Foyleside Shopping Centre consists of 53 retail units across four levels, along with on-site parking for 1,520 vehicles.
