Savills IM launches new diversified core fund

Savills Investment Management has launched Europe VI – Diversified, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.

The new core real estate fund will invest in office, industrial, retail and suburban office throughout Europe.

The first fund in the series, Europe I – Diversified, was launched in 2008 and raised €811 million ($943.8 million).

Other funds managed by Savills include Europe IV –Office, which launched in March 2009 and closed with €188 million ($219 million), and Europe III – Logistics, which launched in July 2015 and raised €154 million ($179.2 million).

In April, Savills also launched its third Nordic retail fund, Nordic Fund III – Retail. The new fund follows a core-plus investment strategy and will invest in European community and neighborhood shopping centers, as well as regional malls and retail properties, mainly in the Nordic countries of Sweden,
