Savills Investment Management has hired Patrick Au Yeung as senior fund manager, European residential.
Based in the Netherlands, Yeung has been hired as part of Savills IM’s continued growth in the region, as well as the firm’s commitment to expanding its expertise and product offering in the residential space.
Yeung has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment management. Most recently, he was the fund manager of a European residential fund for Catella Residential Investment Management. Previously he was a senior investment and portfolio manager of international real estate for Syntrus Achmea in Amsterdam.
