Savanna Partners has launched a new fund targeting value-add real estate in the United States, a form D filed with the SEC has revealed. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.
Savanna Real Estate Fund V will look to invest in CBD office, retail and mixed-use assets.
The fund’s predecessor, Savanna Real Estate Fund IV, closed in 2017 with $591 million in capital commitments, completing the firm’s largest fundraise to date.
The firm has primarily invested in New York City and focuses on assets strategically located in the five boroughs of New York, according to the firm’s website.
