Sares-Regis Group, a real estate investor and developer, has raised $173 million for its third multifamily, value-add real estate fund, Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund III, according to IREI’s FundTracker database. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund III will invest in multifamily properties throughout the Western United States.
The second fund in the series, Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund II, held a $304.2 million final close in August 2016. The fund has since invested in multifamily properties across California, the Pacific Northwest, Colorado and Arizona.
Fund I held a $114.25 million final close in 2013 and has invested in nine multifamily properties, totaling 1,377 units across California, the Pacific Northwest and Colorado.
