Arizona real estate investment company Saint Holdings is developing a 640-acre data center in Pinal County, Ariz.
The new center will be located near the I-8 and I-10 corridor and adjacent to the firm’s Inland Port Arizona, a “megaregion” in the heart of the Sun Corridor. The site is already complete with solar capabilities, fiber optic lines, zoning, power and water.
“We are at the epicenter of tomorrow’s cutting-edge technology,” said Jackob Andersen, president and CEO of Saint Holdings. “Pinal County is no longer the hidden gem between Phoenix and Tucson. The region has catapulted Arizona into the destination for new-technology vehicles, renewable energy and tech industries at large.”
Saint Holdings has been involved in the biggest land purchases in Pinal County, including a $23 million deal with Nikola Motor Co. for a hydrogen-electric semi-truck manufacturing plant. Since 2013, the company has owned 11,400 acres in the county.
