Sagard Real Estate, formerly known as EverWest Real Estate Investor, has announced the successful acquisition of a 47,000-square-foot newly constructed warehouse in East Rutherford, N.J. The warehouse, located at 390 Central Ave., is located 11 miles from midtown Manhattan and 14 miles from the Port of Newark.
The fully occupied building includes 3,000 square feet of office space, parking for 41 vehicles and more than 45,000 square feet of warehouse space. Fully leased by Restaurant Technologies, the commercial building will operate as the company’s Northern New Jersey Hub, serving more than 80 fast food and fast casual restaurants around the Northern New Jersey area.
