The government of Sacramento in California has issued an RFP seeking an expert vendor for financial advisory services encompassing transportation bond and loan projects, public-private partnerships, public-partnerships projects and tolling projects.
According to the RFP, the contractor will serve as the financial adviser to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to evaluate and recommend various financing alternatives for transportation projects.
The contractor will develop financial feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, financing plans and other financial reviews as requested by Caltrans.
