Rubicon hires two new associate directors

by Jody Barhanovich

Rubicon Infrastructure Advisors has hired two new associate directors, Alexandre du Pasquier and Stephanie Annerose. The two have joined the firm’s London and New York offices, respectively.

Rubicon’s continued growth globally has focused on the build out of the firm’s presence in New York, London and Madrid, as well as the most recent opening of an office in Bogotá, Colombia. In addition, the firm is planning to shortly open offices in Sydney and Mexico City, to further Rubicon’s footprint in the Australasian and Latin American markets, respectively.

Du Pasquier has worked in the global energy and infrastructure space for more than eight years. He has successfully led numerous transactions covering the regulated utilities, transportation infrastructure, telecommunications, upstream and midstream oil & gas sectors, having worked across Europe, the Americas and Asia on sell-side, buy-side and financing roles. Prior to joining Rubicon, du Pasquier worked at Scotiabank for more than four years on the energy, infrastructure, power & utilities team.

“We are delighted to welcome Alexandre to our growing team as we expand both our infrastructure advisory and private placement practices from London,” said managing director and group head John Kirwan. “His significant sector knowhow, structuring expertise and client-centric focus make him a most valuable addition to our team.”

Annerose has more than 10 years of experience closing numerous financial transactions. She has successfully structured financial transactions across the energy, real estate, manufacturing and agribusiness sectors in the Americas, Europe and Middle East regions across developed, emerging and frontier markets. Previously, Annerose worked for six years at the Inter-American Development Bank Group.

“We’re proud to have an extremely experienced and international team here in New York,” noted Robert Sternthal, managing director and head of North America. “Stephanie’s background in structuring transactions globally, and specifically her experience throughout Latin America and the Caribbean are a great asset to Rubicon.”
