Royal Oak’s asset and property manager, Cambridge Street Asset Management, has announced a new vice president of investor relations, Eric Smith. This announcement was made on March 3, 2025.
Smith, based in Cleveland, has more than 20 years in the asset management industry, with a focus on fundraising and business development. Prior to this role, he served as chief commercial officer at Arlington Valley Farms for more than three years. At Cambridge Street, he will foster relationships with high-net-worth individuals, registered investment advisers, family offices and institutional investors.
